Mt. Pinatubo Hike

Clark International Speedway

The International Standard racing facility gives way to Drag Racing for both cars and motorcycles and also Circuit Racing. The race track is open to public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Its completion in 2009 made the track the most competitive of its kind (local) yet.

Clark Freeport Zone (formerly Clark Air Base)

Considered as one of the most strategic location in Asia, Clark Air base was once used as the largest US military base and air field outside the United States. In 1991, the Mt. Pinatubo aftermath forced the majority of the American soldiers to return home while a few stayed in  what they have considered their new home. Clark Freeport Zone is now an airport-driven urban center suitable for high-end IT enabled industries, aviation and logistics related companies, tourism and other related sectors.

This quaint restaurant is a must-try for foodies. It is now called Armando’s Pizza and Camalig Restaurant and famous for its local version of Italian pizza. Built in 1840 as grain storage depot by Don Ciriaco de Miranda, it was restored by Armando Nepomuceno preserving its antique architecture.
